Seashore Striders

The umbrella club for Delaware beach-area running. Founded in 1988. Produces 60+ races a year and awards scholarships to local high school seniors. Year-round weekly fun runs in Rehoboth, weekend long runs that rotate between Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey, summer workouts at Cape Henlopen, and youth XC.
