Seasonal youth program using running as a framework for social-emotional life skills. Culminates in a 5K in Wilmington.
KARMARun Club
Wellness-focused run/walk group. Mostly 8am meetups at the Serviam Track, with dates rotating between the track and nearby trail routes. Part of Spread Good Karma Foundation.
MiddletownAthletic Club
Established community club. Saturday morning is the flagship — show up at 8am and you'll find a group. Sunday trail run from Lums Pond, seasonal Wednesday club run. Awards an annual $2,000 scholarship to a local high school cross country athlete.
Omega ProjectRunning Club
Thursday social run from Wilmington Brew Works, hosted with Omega Project PT. Three-mile run loop or one-mile walk loop. All paces and levels.
Own PaceRun Club
Sunday 8am track sessions at Abessinio Stadium. Thursday runs also reported in local listings. Associated with Own Pace Athletics.
Pike CreekValley RC
RRCA member club serving all of New Castle County. Track workouts Tuesday, paved loops Thursday at Delcastle, and a Sunday long run from Brew Ha Ha that flexes from 4 to 20 miles. Coffee after at Cafeneo.

The umbrella club for Delaware beach-area running. Founded in 1988. Produces 60+ races a year and awards scholarships to local high school seniors. Year-round weekly fun runs in Rehoboth, weekend long runs that rotate between Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey, summer workouts at Cape Henlopen, and youth XC.
